Object
The present General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) govern the sale of entry tickets to the 2026 European Sushi Championship, organised on 29 October 2026 in Barcelona (Spain). Any order implies full and unconditional acceptance of these GTCS.
Online ticketing
The ticketing is managed through the Odoo platform.
The participants are redirected to Odoo to finalise the purchase of their ticket.
The accepted payment methods are: Stripe, PayPal, and other secure solutions offered by Odoo.
Bank details are processed solely by the payment provider and are never stored by Sushi Robots.
Prices
Ticket price:
20 € TTC
The tickets are only valid for the date and time specified.
The tickets are nominal and non-refundable except in the case of cancellation of the show.
Access to the lounge
Each participant must present their electronic or printed ticket at the entrance.
Any fraud or duplication of tickets will result in a ban on access to the lounge.
The organiser reserves the right to refuse access for security reasons or for non-compliance with the internal regulations.
Cancellation and refund
Tickets purchased online or on-site are non-refundable except in the event of the event's cancellation.
In the event of cancellation of the event, the participant will be fully refunded the amount paid.
Access Conditions
Access may be refused to anyone not presenting a valid ticket, presenting a ticket that has already been used, or exhibiting disruptive behaviour. An identity check may be carried out.
Programme modification
The organiser reserves the right to modify the programme, the schedule, the speakers, the judges, or the activities without this giving rise to any right to a refund. The organiser cannot be held responsible in the event of cancellation or modification resulting from a case of force majeure.
Right to image
By participating in the event, participants authorise the capture and use of their image for communication and promotional purposes, unless a valid objection is made where regulations allow.
Personal data
Personal data is processed in accordance with the GDPR and solely for the purpose of managing the event. The information collected through ticketing is used for participant management and for sending information related to the exhibition.

The cookies and consent are managed via Axeptio.
Responsibility
The organiser shall not be held responsible for any loss, theft or damage to participants' personal belongings. Only one entry is permitted per ticket.
Applicable law
The present General Terms and Conditions are subject to Spanish law. Disputes fall under the competent jurisdictions.
